I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions associated with the hire and use of Souths Leagues Club Function Rooms. All guests must sign in when entering the premises as this is a legal requirement to access the function room. External beverages and food are not permitted in the venue. Our cafe opens at 10am unless prior arranged.
Confirmation:
You are welcome to hold a booking for one week, after this time a deposit will be required to secure the booking. Function bookings are secured upon the receipt of your deposit along with a signed Booking Form and Terms and Conditions. Final menu details and final numbers are required one week prior to the event, food will be ordered and charged to you based on this number, there will be no reduction in price due to the reduction of final numbers. To ensure your event runs smoothly, itinerary details are to be confirmed one week prior to the event, i.e. arrival times, function times & meal times.
Payment:
A deposit is required to confirm your booking, catering & equipment
hire is required 7 days prior to the event date. The bar tab, extra catering or expenses are to be paid immediately after the conclusion of the function, unless prior written arrangement is made with Management. Our accounts department issues one invoice per function, with payment accordingly.
Entertainment:
All entertainment must be approved by Souths Leagues Club prior to the function, i.e. bands, DJ’s & performers.
Responsible Service of Alcohol:
You are welcome to run a bar tab, please advise us of what beverage restrictions you may have and what limit is to be set. All tabs must be finalised at the end of the function unless prior written arrangement is made with Management. Management reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guests that are under age or intoxicated. Guests under the age of 18 years must have their legal guardian
remain on the premises at all times. Under no circumstances is there to be any alcohol brought on to the premises. However special wine orders can be arranged through us for weddings and private functions. Souths Leagues Club is licenced until Midnight, any extended licensing must be arranged at least 4 weeks prior to your function.
Prices & Food Packages:
We will endeavour to maintain prices as shown however these may be subject to change without notice. Food packages are subject to change due to availability from our suppliers. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at least one week prior to your function.
Health Regulation & Smoking:
Due to Health Regulations, no food or beverages are permitted to be brought onto Souths Leagues Club premises. No food or beverages may be removed from the premises. Wedding/Celebration cakes are exempt from this condition. Shoes are to be worn at all times and no alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on the dance floor. Smoking is permitted in Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas ONLY.
Room Allocation:
When guest numbers decrease significantly from minimal numbers
advised Souths Leagues Club reserves the right to re-allocate the function. The function must commence/conclude at the agreed scheduled times, failure to do so may result in an additional charge applied.
